Audrey & Brandon
Hello! We’re Audrey and Brandon, and we’re so glad you’re here. Thanks for stopping by to learn more about us. Our home is full of love, laughter, and adventure, and we can’t wait to grow it through adoption. We’ve been best friends for over two decades and have been married since 2021. We love exploring the world together and share our home with our three wonderful dogs: Meeko, Addy Dragon, and Cyrus the Pirate.
We know this is an important decision, and we hope our profile gives you a true sense of who we are—our life, values, and dreams for the future. Thank you for taking the time to learn about us, we would love to get to know you too!
Things We Can’t Wait to Do as a Family
Travel and explore the world | Go trick or treating | Watch Disney movies | Discover new foods | Go on walks with our dogs | Take a hike! | Have fun with all the cousins | Make arts and crafts | Read Dr. Seuss | Play games

Our Pets
Our home wouldn’t be complete without our three wonderful dogs – Meeko, Addy Dragon, and Cyrus the Pirate. They are a huge part of our family, bringing joy, laughter, and plenty of cuddles into our daily lives. Each one has their own personality: Meeko is a goofball who will do anything for food, Addy Dragon loves swimming and going for runs, and Cyrus the Pirate, our happy-go-lucky tripod, just wants to snuggle all day. They love playing with the neighborhood kids, going for pack walks, and curling up for lazy afternoons at home.

Our Hobbies
We are adventurous and love staying active. Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu have been a big part of our lives, teaching us discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. Hiking is another passion—we enjoy exploring nature, discovering new trails, and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. When we travel, we always look for a mix of outdoor adventures—like scuba diving and surfing—and incredible food, since eating is one of our favorite hobbies! Individually, we also enjoy quieter, creative hobbies. Audrey loves crafting and reading, finding joy in making things by hand and getting lost in a good book. Brandon enjoys reading, yoga and watching Netflix with the dogs.

Our Home
Our home is a four-bedroom house on a pecan tree-covered 0.41-acre lot in a quiet cul-de-sac in South Austin. It’s the kind of place where neighbors look out for each other, kids stop by to play with our dogs, and Sundays are for backyard BBQs.
Inside, there’s a cozy reading nook that’s perfect for storytime, and outside, our fenced-in pool and spacious backyard offer plenty of room for play. With so many families and kids nearby, our neighborhood is a great place to grow up. We love hosting friends and family, whether it’s for our annual Friendsgiving, a summer pool party, or a casual board game night. Our neighborhood truly feels like family, and we’re grateful to be part of a community where people genuinely care for one another.

Parenting Philosophy
We believe in raising a child with love, encouragement, and a sense of wonder while also providing support and guidance to help them grow into confident, kind, and resilient individuals. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive home where they feel valued, heard, and free to explore their interests.
We can’t wait to share movie nights with pillow forts, try different sports and activities to help them discover their passions, and go on family camping trips where we can explore the outdoors together.
Diversity and cultural experiences are important in our home. Our friends come from many backgrounds, and we love celebrating different cultural holidays, reading diverse books, and trying foods from around the world. We want our child to grow up with an appreciation for the people, traditions, and experiences that make the world special.
We’ll foster curiosity and a love for learning, encourage creativity and adventure, and teach the importance of kindness, respect, and perseverance. While we believe in giving a child the freedom to discover their own passions, we also value structure, consistency, and setting healthy boundaries to help them feel secure and supported.
Above all, we want our child to know they are deeply loved, that we will always be their biggest supporters, and that our home will be a place where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

How We Met
We met wrestling in college … on rival teams! Audrey wrestled at Princeton and Brandon wrestled at Columbia, and yet somehow we became fast friends. Over the years, we shared adventures, laughter, and made countless memories, but somehow, we never dated until a trip to Costa Rica changed everything. That’s when we finally realized what had been there all along. We were meant to be more than just friends. The rest, as they say, is history! Now, years later, we’ve built a life full of love, adventure, and, of course, three wonderful dogs.
