Hi and thank you for looking at our profile. We are a loving couple in Austin, Texas and are looking to expand our family by adopting our first child. We can’t wait to pour all of our time, love, and support into our growing family.
We met 12 years ago and we’ve built a great life together: full of love, support, adventure, and fun. We are best friends and more in love than ever. We’re also a great team: we have complimentary strengths and share the same values.
We think open adoption is wonderful because we want our kid to have as many people who love them in their life as possible. We want to build a relationship with our child’s birth parents and extended family through texts, video chats, and in person visits.

How We Met
We met on the first day of law school 12 years ago and we’ve been in love ever since. We’ve settled into our home and our careers so now is the right time for us to welcome a child into our family. We have a happy marriage built on friendship, laughter, making the little moments fun, and always putting our family first.
Our Pets
Gator is our 10 year old lab/pit mix. Everyone falls in love with his sweet personality and adorable face. A true couch potato, he’s always ready to cuddle (but he will wake up for snacks…so relatable!)
Russell is our 9 year old hound/pit mix. She loves sleeping in the weirdest positions and playing fetch with her ball. She’s our social butterfly and loves meeting new friends.
Our Home
We live in Austin, Texas. Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We’re walking distance to a great school and a big playground. We live by a nature trail so there are cute baby animals roaming around too. Our house has a library to curl up and read, as well as a large backyard that is just waiting for a playscape. We are part of a wonderful community of friends and their kids who are so excited to play with our child.
Parenting Philosophy
We believe parenting is taking the time to really be present. To listen and play. To learn and support their interests. We also believe in unconditional love and acceptance. We’re here every step of the way without judgement and with a hug. We also want our child to be bilingual and introduced to many different cultures.
What Adoption Means to Us
We wholeheartedly embrace open adoption. We want our child to know their roots and feel loved from all directions. We’re excited to make their culture and traditions part of our family.
